Diplo
Thomas Wesley Pentz, better known as Diplo, is one of the most dynamic forces in music today. The 9-time Grammy Award nominee and 3-time Grammy Award-winning producer, DJ and songwriter is the founder of record company Mad Decent, co-creator and lead member of the electronic dancehall music project Major Lazer, a member of the supergroup LSD along with Sia and Labrinth, working with Skrillex as part of the electronic duo Jack Ü, and collaborating with Mark Ronson on his project Silk City. As one of pop’s most in demand producers, Diplo has worked with world renowned artists Beyoncé, Justin Bieber, Lil Wayne, Bruno Mars, Britney Spears, Madonna, The Weekend, and Ariana Grande. In 2019 he scored his third Grammy for his Silk City collaboration with Dua Lipa, Electricity, for Best Dance Recording. He released his Higher Ground EP to critical acclaim and produced a historic remix of Old Town Road with Lil Nas X, which was later featured on his second studio album, Diplo Presents Thomas Wesley, Chapter 1: Snake Oil (2020). Also named amongst the world’s best dressed men by GQ Magazine, Diplo’s footprint in the fashion world is undeniable. Diplo appeared in the highly publicized #MYCALVINS Precampaign alongside Bella Hadid, Naomi Campbell, Odell Beckham Jr. and Jacob Elord.
