She always collaborates with the most important brands as Chanel, Miu Miu, Louis Vuitton, Bvlgari, Armani, Armani beauty, Estée Lauder and she is one of the selected Italian influencer who collaborates with Gucci.

Last but not least, Alessandra is the co-founder and creative director of 1984 PR and she launched “Club Airò”, her first limited capsule collection of sarongs in collaboration with the Milanese Italian brand and vintage shop Madame Pauline.

On February ’23 she launched her first fashion guide "Manuale pratico sentimentale di STILE" who received a huge success.
